Jesus invited us to come close, to touch Him, to enter into His presence. God knows that we are mortal and tend to doubt His unseen Presence, His power, His glory. By faith a woman was drawn to touch His robe and be healed. He drew us to Himself, He chose us, and He gave us the Holy Spirit that we can touch others and cause healing. Jesus chose our parents, and He pre-destined us to love others through Him. He equipped us all with His Spirit, His seed, His wisdom, His beauty, His word, and His unmatched, consistent, pepetural, eternal, unchanging love. Because of His deep ABIDING love, our heavenly Father hugs us with His words of discipline. He commands that we listen to Him, obey Him, and follow His compassionate, humble, approachable, kind ways. Our obedience brings Him pleasure and we are blessed beyond measure. Consider how much God VALUES relationships above accomplishments. God created the universe, all the stars, animals, flowers, fish and He does not boast of those, but He does boast of His expectations for His children, who He calls friends. We are called to love God above all else, for He is our soul Provider, the only One who can satisfy the NEED He placed in us...to LOVE as we are LOVED and to forgive completely, to forget the hurt, the crime, and SORROW NO MORE! We are to speak words of life to one another. God sent Himself down to earth, to tell us through His son Jesus: "Live in me. Make your home in Me just as I do in you. In the same way that a branch can't bear grapes by itself but only by being joined to the Vine, you can't bear fruit unless you are joined with Me. "I am the Vine, you are the branches. When you're joined with Me and I with you, the relation remains intimate and organic, the harvest is sure to be abundant. Separated, you can't produce a thing. Anyone who separates from Me is deadwood, gathered up and thrown on the bonfire. But if you make yourselves at home with Me and My words are at home in you, you can be sure that whatever you ask will be listened to and acted upon. This is how my Father shows who He is — when you produce grapes, when you mature as My disciples. "I've loved you the way my Father has loved Me. Make yourselves at home in My love. If you keep my commands, you'll remain intimately at home in My love. That's what I've done—kept My Father's commands and made Myself at home in His love. "I've told you these things for a purpose: that My joy might be your joy, and your joy wholly mature. This is my command: Love one another the way I loved you. This is the very best way to love. Put your life on the line for your friends. You are My friends when you do the things I command you. I'm no longer calling you servants because servants don't understand what their master is thinking and planning. No, I've named you friends because I've let you in on everything I've heard from the Father." JOHN 15:1-11 THE MESSAGE is to LOVE each other with the Love Jesus poured into thee. While Job was lamenting and reflecting his sad life, the Presence of God pierced his heart. In The Message JOB 42:6 "I admit it. I was the one. I babbled on about things far beyond me, made small talk about wonders way over my head. You told me, 'Listen, and let me do the talking. Let me ask the questions. You give the answers.' I admit I once lived by rumors of you; now I have it all firsthand—from my own eyes and ears! I'm sorry—forgive me. I'll never do that again, I promise! I'll never again live on crusts of hearsay, crumbs of rumor." Then our distant cousin David sang PSALM 112:1-10 "Hallelujah! Blessed man, blessed woman, who fear God, Who cherish and relish his commandments, Their children robust on the earth, And the homes of the upright—how blessed! Their houses brim with wealth And a generosity that never runs dry. Sunrise breaks through the darkness for good people— God's grace and mercy and justice! The good person is generous and lends lavishly; No shuffling or stumbling around for this one, But a sterling and solid and lasting reputation. Unfazed by rumor and gossip, Heart ready, trusting in God, Spirit firm, unperturbed, Ever blessed, relaxed among enemies, They lavish gifts on the poor— A generosity that goes on, and on, and on. An honored life! A beautiful life!" THE MESSAGE of Love Relations, is to praise God in all things. August 6, 2012 Michael and Barbara agreed with God's plan, and to His glory, they agreed to love one another as a couple for Christ. Halleluiah ~ for He changes hearts and leads us in love.
