ABIDING JOY

Speak living words of faith over your day, and expect the best. Words spoken in His power, in His annointing are like running water, and our obedience to His will, washes any doubt out as to His capacity, His authority, His capability in our life. God is FAITHFUL and He takes great pleasure in blessing those who speak words of faith and trust Him with the outcome. " But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith, make progress, rise like an eagle higher and higher, praying in the Holy Spirit ~ Guard and keep yourselves in the love of God; expect and patiently wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ ~ Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished, blameless and faultless before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation with unspeakable, ecstatic delight." JUDE 1:20-24 ~ Speak these words of faith aloud, and trust His promise to never forsake us. Faith words that pour out from a heart filled with His Spirit, are given meaning and understanding by the indwelt Peace, by the One who abides, by the full deposit of the Person of the Holy Spirit. In His Name, and by God's promise, as we abide, as we take a ride in the Presence of Jesus, His JOY overflows supernaturally, inexplicably as it dominates our spirit in the midst of all circumstances. We are possessed by an indwelt promise and a God given appetite to witness the unseen. "Now faith is the substance hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." The mirror of our heart reflects the reality of the unseen, supernatural world of His Kingdom come. By our FAITH we draw the reality of His world into our circumstance. ACCEPT the TRUTH and FEAR NOT HIS PROMISE: "The Peace of God will guard your heart and mind" As mortal beings, our fence and our defenses break down and let God come in and restore and grow us! We are known by God, our names are in His phone book, we are His delight, He sees us as the most beautiful of all creation. Our Father always tells us the whole truth. In life we will face trials, and life will not be easy, or appear perfect, but we are in His eyes. He calls us His friend, and He rejoices in our bloom! We will feel frustrated, impatient, neglected, disrespected, and anxious. Believers know that the cosmic truth is that there is a hell, but as citizens of heaven, who dwell in God's kingdom, in His ever pleasant breeze, in the comfort within our own skin, His abiding JOY in us, our Helper helps us stabilize our FAITH in Jesus. In touch and in tune with the Peace that surpasses all understanding to the onlooking world, we are stilled by God as the Peace, the Holy Spirit is ever in our midst. As we surrender, He flushes out all that is old and that wears us out. Worry and anxiety dissolve in His presence, when we let go and let God do His work in us and through us. IMAGINE our Father taking us on a POWER WALK through the City. With glee we speak words of authority over darkness, we cast out demons, and we reclaim the City of Stockton and fill it to overflowing with His Light and Love! With childlike FAITH, we trust that by His stripes we are healed, and we speak that truth with the Authority of the indwelt Person of the Holy Ghost. Desperate people tend to cry out to God and receive a miracle. The million dollar question is: How desperate are we to experience HEAVEN on EARTH and allow the Holy Spirit to INVADE our circumstance? God's mission to reconcile us to Himself, everyday in every way, in the midst of a trial, in the place of anger, in lieu of frustration, instead of illness, is to LIVE the Gospel as it is in print. The Peace of God abides in us deeply, as deep as the Sea, we come to see His JOY, His Peace is undisturbed by whatever may be visible or audible. Let us trust fully in God, not in our skills, not in our wallet, not in our ways, but in our Almighty Father God and His plans.

  1. I will sing for joy in God,
explode in praise from deep in my soul!
He dressed me up in a suit of salvation,
he outfitted me in a robe of righteousness,
As a bridegroom who puts on a tuxedo
and a bride a jeweled tiara.
For as the earth bursts with spring wildflowers,
and as a garden cascades with blossoms,
So the Master, God, brings righteousness into full bloom
and puts praise on display before the nations.

  2. When I hear how someone reunited with their Creator, my spirit rejoices as God is glorified as the new creature in Christ speaks of their salvation. Their countenance reflects their bond with the Light, their smile radiates a deep abiding joy, the tear in their eye drips with graditude, and I am fortified in my faith to HEAR the JOY of their SALVATION.

  3. "But let me run loose and free,
    celebrating God's great work,
Every bone in my body laughing, singing, "God,
    there's no one like you.
You put the down-and-out on their feet
and protect the unprotected from bullies!"
    THE MESSAGE Psalms 35:9

It is GREAT to "Remember Me"...of the many times when we got off track, got caught up, got depressed, got stressed, got down and out, got rejected, got hurt, then...with a living Word, got reminded of our constant companion, got restored in our faith, got delivered from the pit, got lifted up by the truth, got connected to the Holy Spirit, got in conversation with God Almighty, got renewed in our minds, got wings to fly above the circumstance and REJOICE in our salvation.

  4. TRUE JOY GIVES US A GLIMPSE OF THE ATMOSPHERE OF HEAVEN. "I am radiant with JOY over the goodness of the Lord. And my life is like a watered garden and I sorrow no more." Jeremiah 31:12 ~ When heaven invades earth, is when we embrace the goodness of the Lord. "For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17 NLT

Sunday 7/22/12 After four days of physical illness, I rejoice in my Lord Jesus. For even while I felt the misery of a cold, He was there, giving me comfort, giving me rest, as He restored my body, and my mind with His holy Presence. Halleluiah!

  5. On my feet, dressed and ready to sing praise to God at church with Michael. THANK YOU JESUS

"On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence. Know this: God is God, and God, God. He made us; we didn't make him.
We're his people, his well-tended sheep.

Enter with the password: "Thank you!"
Make yourselves at home, talking praise.
    Thank him. Worship him.
    For God is sheer beauty,
    all-generous in love,
    loyal always and ever."
    THE MESSAGE PSALM 100:1-5

"Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth!
    Worship the Lord with gladness.
Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
He made us, and we are his.
    We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving;
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name.
    For the Lord is good.
    His unfailing love continues forever,
and his faithfulness continues to each generation."
